Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by divadesks.com ("we", "our", "company"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

We provide professional office furniture assembly services at the client's home, including the assembly of flat-pack desks and physical cable management solutions under the desk. Services are performed by authorized assembly teams.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. Client's Obligations

  • To ensure free and safe access for the assembly team to the assembly location.
  • To ensure the presence of all parts and components necessary for assembly, according to the provided checklist.
  • To pay for the services according to the issued invoice, within the agreed terms.
  • To communicate any special requirements or constraints related to the assembly space in advance.

2.2. Provider's Obligations (divadesks.com)

  • To perform assembly and cable management services professionally and in accordance with industry standards.
  • To adhere to the scheduled time for the home visit.
  • To use appropriate tools and materials for assembly.
  • To provide basic instructions on the use and maintenance of the assembled furniture, upon request.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are limited to physical assembly and cable management. We do not provide medical or ergonomic advice, back pain assessments, or services exclusively for corporations. We are not responsible for structural or manufacturing defects of the furniture itself. Our liability for any damages resulting from the provision of services is limited to the value of the service provided.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The client may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. divadesks.com reserves the right to reschedule the visit in case of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions, unavailability of the assembler).
